Located on the ground level each suite has a covered parking area that can fit about two cars. Additional parking is located on the property for more guests. Also directly across Gulf Drive is public parking as well.

Property is zoned for weekly rentals. Per the current owner during off season he charges $1500 a week for each vacation rental. During season (approx. December to end of April) his weekly rentals go up to $2300 to $2500 a week.
