Exterior Description: Due to years of neglect, the Belle Haven needed to be rehabilitated to its current beautiful condition utilizing 2017 Florida building codes. The main entry is a walnut stained solid mahogany with French style framed glass. All of the secondary exterior entryways have received new impact resistant aluminum framed doors. All of the windows have been replaced in their original rough openings with new PGT 150 MPH impact resistant glass within frames specifically designed to best match the original windows. The balcony fire escapes have been restored but are not functional in nature. The stucco has been cleaned and repainted to the last color when the rehab began. The new roof is a single ply membrane over new insulation accented by new terra cotta tiles.

Interior Description: Due to the building's historical nature, it has been completely rehabilitated for modern conventional use. The southern third of the ground floor has been improved with two ADA restrooms, ducted HVAC, CAT 5 internet wiring, office lighting and floating floor tiles. The remaining spaces remain grey shell and have all mechanical, electrical and plumbing in place or stubbed for future completion. All life safety systems, ie fire alarm and hydraulic fire sprinklers in place. a new ThyssenKrupp Endura A elevator has been installed in a new modified shaft to accommodate an ADA level rear intermediate stop door.
