Rico is a native and lifelong resident of Sarasota. His real estate career began in 1997 and he has closed hundreds of transactions spanning a period of changing economic times.

His areas of expertise include sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial properties as well as landlord and tenant representation and multi-family properties. The son of Cuban immigrants, he has learned a strong work ethic and the utmost integrity. Rico is also bilingual, assisting clients in English and Spanish.

Rico is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and serves on the board of the Commercial Investment Division.

In 2013, Mr. Boeras obtained his Broker’s license and is the owner of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC.

Personally, he enjoys a variety of sports including mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding and horseback riding. He is married and has five wonderful children.
